1. We set up a space for your event
We create a space under your event's name, so every photo and video is tied to the right celebration from the very first upload.
2. You share the link or QR code
Guests get the link with the invitation or the thank-you message, and see it at the venue as a QR code. From there, they open the upload page in their phone's browser.
3. Photos and videos reach the manager
Guests' uploads are gathered with the event manager, who can see them all in one place instead of asking each person for their photos.
4. An optional album, once approved
If the manager wants to share an album, they choose the right shots first. Collecting files never means publishing them automatically.
