Privacy policy
This policy explains how we handle data on the current Laqta website. The site does not offer public accounts or event photo uploads yet, and we will update this policy before launching any feature that collects guests' files.

Information you provide when you contact us
The site does not currently offer account creation. If you submit the inquiry form or contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, event type and the content of your message, and we use it to reply to your inquiry and arrange what you request.
Form submissions are stored in a secured database with a cloud service provider. We do not sell inquiry data or display it to visitors.
Messages sent through an email provider are also subject to that service's own privacy policy, so please do not send sensitive information we do not need to help you.
Technical data and hosting
The site is hosted with a cloud hosting provider, which may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time to operate and protect the site and to diagnose faults. The site does not currently use advertising cookies or marketing tracking tools of our own.
Event photos and videos
The current website does not receive event photos or videos through its pages. Before the upload system launches, we will separately explain who manages each event, the purpose of collecting files, how long they are kept, how downloading and deletion work, and which technical providers process them.
Retention, your rights and contact
We keep inquiry correspondence only as long as needed to reply, follow up and protect legal rights, then delete it once there is no longer a practical or legal need for it. You can ask to access, correct or delete the data in your correspondence wherever that is possible.
